We arrange rental properties in the Costa Blanca region on a long-term and short-term basis. These holiday and residential homes span from Benidorm to San Javier, passing through Villajoyosa, Alicante, Santa Pola, La Marina, Guardamar, Quesada, Torrevieja, Punta Prima, La Zenia and Cabo Roig.

For the Golfers and enthusiasts of the game, the Costa Blanca is the right place for you with over 30 courses to choose from! We are featured in the UK Golf Clubbers magazine and the local golf courses we work with include Ramblas Golf Course, Las Fincas golf, the Alicante Golf Club and Sierra Golf to name a few.

Most of our rental homes are very close to the Blue Flag beaches and almost all have a community pool or even a private pool. Some homes have recreational facilities such as tennis courts and children's play areas.

We can help with arranging a Tourist Licence for property owners who are looking to arrange a quick rental. There are different legal rules depending on whether the rental is long-term or short-term. The urbanisation where a property is located now requires a government approval code to confirm the community allows properties to be rented to holiday makers.

Tourist licences are now a legal requirement when renting out a property for tourist purposes. We have many owners who are not residing in Spain, therefore we offer to obtain the tourist licence for you. This is a great service and we are proud that the Valencia Government provide us with a tracking tool to monitor applications, status and to obtain tourist licence numbers as soon as possible.
